This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Lulonia.com, operated by Titov Trade LTD ("we", "us", or "our").
By placing an order, you agree to the terms in this policy.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused
• Be in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required to be covered by law.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and include clear photo evidence and your order details.
If the issue is verified, we will provide a remedy as required by applicable law, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
After that period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
8. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, address issues, or other events outside our control do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund or cancellation, except where required by law.
9. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or missing due to carrier handling, local delivery issues, or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the address entered at checkout, the order will be treated as fulfilled.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, the customer should first check the delivery location, surrounding areas, with neighbors, and with the local carrier or post office.
Where appropriate, we may assist with a carrier claim, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
If the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order for additional verification if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, account misuse, payment issues, or an attempt to exploit our policies.
We may request additional information to verify the order or the payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse future service or take other reasonable steps where repeated abuse, false claims, or chargebacks occur, except where prohibited by law.
